Materials

  • 1 saucepan that comes with a cover

Preparation

  • Step 1:

    Take the chicken breast out of the fridge 10 minutes prior to cooking. Add a splash of oil to a heated skillet. Place the chicken breast in the pan and sear for about 1 minute on each side.

  • Step 2:

    Lower the heat to medium, put the lid on the pan, and let it simmer for 4 minutes.

  • Step 3:

    Flip the chicken breast over, cover once more and let it cook for another 4 minutes.

  • Step 4:

    And now it’s ready!
