- 1 lb ice cream
- 1.75 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder

Step 1:
Place the ice cream in the refrigerator for 30 minutes prior to use to soften it slightly. Afterward, whip it until it becomes lighter but ensure it doesn’t turn into a melted consistency.

Incorporate the flour and baking powder into the mixture, then blend thoroughly.

Grease a cake pan and then pour the mixture into it.

Bake for 50 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
