Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed emphasized that
Ethiopia’s goals of becoming self-reliant and reducing imports can only be realized through ongoing innovation and dedication.
“I’m delighted to observe our motivated young people directing their skills and concepts towards significant and pragmatic inventions via the Skill Ethiopia challenge,” stated the Premier in a social media update.
By praising those who are already involved in innovation, the Prime Minister likewise motivates other youth to identify the urgent requirements of society and work towards developing solutions for their country’s benefit.
He added, “Furthermore, I urge all parties involved, particularly those from the business sector, to assist these young innovators and others like them in expanding their manufacturing capacities.”
