Nguyen Thi Doan Trang, who leads operations at BAT Vietnam as the cluster head, emphasized how governmental policies influence workforce training and noted the rising requirement for skilled experts in the industry.

Trang states that effective operations management necessitates both sector expertise and competence in lean manufacturing, digital technologies, and comprehensive supply chain oversight to boost productivity and foster innovation.
