  • 2 oz pickles
  • 1 tsp Dijon
    mustard
  • 1 Tbsp
    ketchup
  • salt and pepper

    egg
    yolks

  • 2.5-inch ring mold (optional)

Preparation

  • Step 1:

    In a mixing bowl, mix together the minced meat, diced onions, capers, and pickles.
