Russia Engulfed in Flames for Five Days Following New Ukrainian Assault on Fuel Depot

For the third time, a Russian oil facility has been attacked, adding another layer of complexity to the ongoing efforts aimed at controlling the blaze that has been burning fiercely at the location.

Russian authorities stated that remnants of Ukrainian drones led to a blaze at the Kavkazskaya facility in the Krasnodar area earlier this week, and the flames remain unextinguished as firefighters continue their efforts.

Several days prior, extra drones targeted a refinery in the same region, as Kyiv persists with its approach of interrupting Russia’s energy output to diminish its capacity to support the conflict.

In spite of the assaults, Russia and Ukraine have consented to a one-month truce concerning energy infrastructure, which is scheduled to commence as their continuous peace negotiations are set to recommence later this week.

Nevertheless, Moscow claims that Kyiv is intentionally attacking energy infrastructure in Krasnodar, which allegedly violates the accord.

China Rules Out Participation in Ukraine Peacekeeping Mission

On Monday, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Guo Jiakun dismissed the idea of China taking part in a possible peacekeeping force in Ukraine once the hostilities have ceased.

“I want to emphasize that these media reports are inaccurate. China’s stance on the Ukrainian crisis remains consistent and clear,” Guo stated at a press briefing.

In late February, Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov stated that Russia had not considered the potential participation of Chinese peacekeeping forces in relation to resolving the conflict in Ukraine.

On Saturday, a German daily newspaper stated that China was in talks with several European nations regarding the potential involvement of Chinese troops in a peacekeeping operation in Ukraine.

On March 6, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated that Russia does not see any potential for reaching an agreement regarding the possible placement of European peacekeeping forces in Ukraine.

Earlier this month in March, media reports indicated that French President Emmanuel Macron and UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer are attempting to persuade 37 nations to become part of a coalition willing to send peacekeeping forces to Ukraine and offer security assurances to Kyiv.

Last year, the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service claimed that Western countries might send approximately 100,000 soldiers to Ukraine under the pretense of a peacekeeping mission aimed at reviving Kyiv’s military strength.

Peskov has maintained that during any conflict, the involvement of international peacekeeping forces can occur solely with the agreement of all conflicting parties.

Russians Suffer Major Blow as Ukraine Destroys Key Command Post

From the beginning of the conflict, Ukraine has consistently employed creativity to disrupt Russian tactics, or at least to hinder the progress of the Kremlin’s military forces.

On March 22nd, which was a Saturday, the

General Staff of the Ukrainian Military Forces

verified that its air force had, once again, struck true.
The Ukrainian Air Force effectively targeted and hit a Russian border outpost’s command and control center located in Glotovo within the Belgorod region.

The enemy, considerably weakened

Even though the Russian soldiers made significant attempts to safeguard and defend this crucial position, multiple items of equipment and devices were damaged and entirely obliterated.
Removing this command post substantially diminishes the enemy’s capacity to launch assaults against Ukrainian defense forces in the Sumy and Kharkiv areas,
stated the Ukrainian command.
